What is your refund and cancellation policy?

You must call 72 hours ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. Within 72 hours you will assess a $35 termination fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour, or if you decide not to show up.

Do I have to make a reservation or can I just show up?

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.

How do I make the booking?

First you have to choose the tour you want, then (next to the tour on the computer and under the tour on your mobile) you will get a box that tells you to book the tour and fill in the information that asks and you give to book now . After this you go to a page that is to confirm and you have to fill at least the data with an asterisk and you give to place the order. Keep in mind that although there are free tours but there is also payment and that’s why it asks for billing details but if you have chosen the free one do not worry that they do not charge you anything.

Do I need to open an account to book the tour?

It is not necessary to register an account with us to book the tour. You can book without an account.

Are your tours?

The tours in red or pink work in collaboration with Civitatis and the rest of the tours are ours.
